My family and I went through what no family should go through. Our rental townhome burned down on March 16th, 2026. My family and I were not in the home at the time of the fire, but we were displaced and lost everything in the blaze. Almost immediately, Dawn and her wonderful team came to our aid. They worked with us to help us find the perfect home. Then made it possible for a speedy, smooth process. I will never be able to thank Dawn and her team enough for being so patient with us. Because a process that is stressful to begin with, was also accompanied by our grief, trauma and fight to rebuild what had been lost. We experienced nothing but kindness, professionalism, understanding and so many more great things from Dawn and her amazing team.
